Los Cóndores and Las Águilas viewpoints trek

Located very close to the town, these viewpoints are an excellent option for those with limited time or who want a short hike on arrival or departure day. The climb is brief and offers views of the valley, Fitz Roy in the distance, and, with luck, condors soaring overhead.

08:30 Departure from El Chaltén (walking, from the accommodation).
09:15 Reach Los Cóndores' viewpoint. Stop to enjoy the panoramic views of the valley, Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre.
09:45 Continue towards Las Águilas' viewpoint (optional).
10:30 Free time to rest, take photos or simply contemplate the scenery.
11:00 Start of the return.
12:00 Arrival at the village.
